Clients may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Before Project Kickoff: If the client requests a cancellation within 24 hours of payment, and no work has been initiated, a full refund may be granted.

  • Ongoing Monthly Retainers: Clients on a recurring service plan must submit a written cancellation request at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

  • One-Time or Fixed Projects: Once work has commenced, cancellations are subject to the refund policy outlined separately.

2. Non-Cancellable Services

Certain services are non-cancellable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Completed and delivered digital assets, websites, branding, or advertising campaigns.

  • Paid advertising campaigns where funds have already been spent on platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

  • SEO and marketing strategies that have been implemented.

  • Any service where significant progress has been made as per the scope of work.

3. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, clients must:

  1. Send an official request via email to admin@digicroixsolutions.com with details of the service they wish to cancel.

  2. Allow 3-5 business days for our team to review and confirm the cancellation.

  3. If eligible, receive confirmation and any applicable refund or final invoice within 10-15 business days.

4. Termination by DigiCroiX Solutions

DigiCroiX Solutions reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or delayed payments beyond agreed terms.

  • Violation of our terms of service or unethical behavior by the client.

  • Requests that involve fraudulent, illegal, or unethical marketing practices.

  • Continuous non-cooperation or failure to provide necessary information.

5. Changes to This Policy
